Girls Troop 8555 is where girls ages 10–17 build confidence, independence, and leadership while having fun and going on real adventures. From camping and hiking to service projects and leadership challenges, Scouts plan and lead their own experiences.
This is a youth-led troop. Scouts elect their leaders, run meetings, and help decide what adventures to take next—with support from adult leaders. You’ll learn how to speak up, work as a team, solve problems, and lead in your own way.
Scouts set goals, earn ranks, and challenge themselves to try new things. Along the way, you’ll gain outdoor skills, make friends, and discover strengths you didn’t know you had.
Whether you’re leading an activity, helping your community, or heading out on your next campout, Scouts BSA helps you grow into a confident leader—while having a great time doing it.
Meetings are Tuesdays from 6:30–8:00 PM at the Kingston Scout Hall.
Established October 11, 2023, on the International Day of the Girl.
